Mario Pivetta & Renzo Greguol (Terry), along with their partners Connie & Judy purchased Emerald Fruit Barn in August 2005.

Mario has successfully owned & operated four other successful fruit & vegetable businesses, from Chadstone to Mordialloc. Before moving to Emerald he spent ten years operating a wholesale Business at The Melbourne Produce Market in Footscray.

Terry successfully managed ‘Marios’; a boutique fruit shop in Toorak, for over 20 years. He was one of the first people to introduce “salad mixes” to the public. For the past five years he has alternated between Fruit Shops and The Fresh Flower industry.

With their vast knowledge & experience of over 30 years each; in the retail/wholesale fruit, vegetable & flower industries, and with the support of a loyal and professional team of Kaye, Lea, Marietta, Domenic, Casey, Anne & Tom, they are sure to make an impact on the local community.

The Melbourne Market is visited at least 5 times a week to ensure the freshness and quality of the produce; complemented by an ever expanding range of pastas, sauces, jams, herbs, nuts, confectionary.
