For instance, we introduce little known native ingredients, like quandong and finger limes; we run Campaign Ugly which promotes delicious but unappealing seasonal veggies, like celeriac and kohlrabi and we give trial runs to keen but relatively unproven producers.  Finally, we share our passion for all that is seasonal with our customers on Facebook and Twitter and with in-store recipe cards and a monthly newsletter.
