Mushroom & Greens Stir-Fry

Description:

Great to include in a buffet meal or to accompany a bar-b-que.

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 250g sliced flat mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 leeks or 200g Brussels sprouts, trimmed and sliced
  • 1 bunch baby bok choy, shredded
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Method:

 

  1. Heat wok over high heat. Add oil and stir-fry mushrooms, leeks (or Brussels sprouts) and bok choy until just tender and juicy.
  2. Add soy sauce and pepper to taste and serve at once.

Tip: Try using oyster sauce for non vegetarians and serve with grilled or roasted chicken, pork or beef.
