General Description

• Also called ‘paprika’
• smaller than common red & green capsicums with 4 to 6 lobes
• about 1/2 to 2/3 the size of red & green capsicums
• large curved stem is usually still attached to the fruit
• orange or yellow in colour
• used to add colour to salads
• Available: all year, more common November to March
