Pawpaw Orange Smoothie

Description:

This tropical smoothie is refreshing, quick to make and full of vitamins.

Ingredients:

 

  • 1/4 small pawpaw (skin and pips removed)
  • 2-3 tsp honey
  • 1 cup peach or mango reduced fat yoghurt
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

Method:

 

  • Using a blender, blend the mixture until smooth and creamy and drink at once.

* Kids need supervision when using blender.
