Description:

This is a healthy, high energy drink full of goodness.

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 cup low-fat yoghurt
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tsp honey, optional

Method:

 

  1. Place milk, yoghurt, banana and honey in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.

* Kids will need supervision when using blender.
