Fruity Dippers with Sherbet Cream

Description:
A very tempting way to serve fresh fruits for a special occasion look.
Ingredients:
Sherbet Cream
- 250g light cream cheese
- 2 – 3 tsp mild flavoured honey
- Juice of 1/2 orange
Fruity Dippers:
- Navel oranges, peeled and sliced – or mandarin segments
- Champagne melon, pawpaw, persimmon and pineapple, cut into chunks
- Bamboo skewers
Method:
- Use a wooden spoon to soften the cream cheese and combine with honey and orange juice. Beat until smooth and creamy and transfer to a small serving dish.
- Thread prepared fruit onto skewers and serve alongside dip.
Tip: Sherbet Cream also makes a luscious cake tipping or filling.
