Description:

Even adults can enjoy these delicious hot weather treats.

Ingredients:

 

  • 500g low fat vanilla yoghurt
  • 2 cups fresh fruit such as:
    Raspberries
    Blueberries
    Grapes
    Halved pitted cherries
    Sliced mangoes
    Sliced strawberries, peaches, apricots or nectarines

Method:

 

  1. Combine yoghurt with 2 cups of your choice of fruit/s.
  2. Transfer mixture to plastic tumblers or disposable cups or icy pole moulds (available from larger supermarkets).
  3. Add wooden icy pole sticks and freeze until solid, about 4 hours.
  4. To remove ‘freezies’, stand containers briefly in a bowl of hot water.
