General Description

• a sort of Jonagold
• large conical shaped fruit
• colour is copper just prior to harvest and this is seen in some early season fruit
• colour changes to bright red with a slight striped appearance
• waxy skin
• rough textured flesh, crisp and juicy, cream in colour
• excellent taste, good for eating fresh and cooking
• Available: mid-March to early August
