General Description/History

• Elongated cylinder, blunt end
• 50 – 75mm long, 10 – 15mm wide at the shoulder
• Green turning Red in colour depending on maturity
• Native to Mexico and South-West America
• Red versions are slightly sweeter than the green counterparts
• Ideal for sauces, guacomole, relishes, vegetable dishes, seasoning and garnishes
