Quick Asparagus

Description:

Asparagus if great to include in on antipasto platter or to accompany a main meal.

Ingredients:

 

  • 2 – 3 bunches asparagus, woody ends removed
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method:

 

  1. Arrange asparagus in a steamer basket and cook until asparagus turns vibrant green, 3-4 minutes.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and serve at once.

Tip: Try also serving with Zesty Lemon & Olive Oil Dressing, Lemony Mayonnaise or Honey Mustard Vinaigrette (see recipes).
