Description:
Serve this relish with barbecued meats, or your favourite specialty cheese, with fresh bread and mixed salad greens.
Ingredients:
- 1 firm fleshed mango, peeled and diced
- 1 tsp finely sliced chillies, seeds removed
- 1 spring onion, trimmed and sliced finely
- 2 fresh dates, pips removed, sliced
- Juice of 1/2 lemon or lime
Method:
- Combine all ingredients and serve at once (store any left over relish in the refrigerator but use same day).
