General Description

• large oval fruit at least 4 cm in diameter
• apricot base colour with a deep red blush covering 30 to 70% of the skin
• deep orange flesh with a dry, firm texture
• mild, slightly tart flavour with low acidity
• good for bottling and jams
• Available: early-season, from mid-December to mid-January
