Rockmelon, Proscuitto and Bocconcini Skewers

Description:

Ingredients:

  • 1 rockmelon
  • 1 tub of bocconcini
  • 12 slices of prosciutto

Method:

  1. Wash the rockmelon, slice in half, and remove seeds from each half
  2. Use a melon scoop to form 24 melon balls
  3. Cut each prosciutto slice in half
  4. Thread alternate pieces of folded prosciutto, bocconcini and rockmelon on skewers
