Description:
A most tempting way to serve fresh, seasonal fruits!
Ingredients:
- Sliced mango, pineapple, peaches, nectarines, apricots
- Cherries, whole with stems attached
- Lychees, whole, peeled
- Blueberries, whole
- Strawberries, whole or halved if large
- Grapes, snipped into tiny bunches
Tangy Raspberry Sauce
- 1 punnet raspberries
- 1 tbsp honey
- Juice of 1/2 lemon juice
Method:
- Arrange fruits attractively on individual serving plates or one serving platter.
- To make Tangy Raspberry Sauce, combine raspberries, honey and lemon juice and push through sieve with wooden spoon to remove pips.
- Transfer sauce to a small bowl of and place alongside fruit platter for dipping.
