General Description

Mainly from Victoria, White Aparagus is grown under cover in the absence of sunlight and therefore does not produce chlorophyll (the green pigment).

Much the same as the Green Asparagus, it is favoured in gourmet cooking due to its sweeter flavour and prestige appearance.
